JUVENILE BOARD

In Texas, a juvenile board is the governing body in a county that is responsible for the oversight of the department of juvenile services.  The Juvenile Board of Grayson County’s enabling legislation is found in the Human Resources Code § 152.0971.  Our juvenile board is made up of Chairman Rayburn Nall, 59th Judicial District Court, Honorable Jim Fallon, 15th Judicial District Court, Honorable Brian Gary, 397th Judicial District Court and Honorable Drue Bynum, Grayson County Judge.  Although not directly part of the juvenile board Commissioner David Whitlock, Pct. 2 and Commissioner Bart Lawrence, Pct. 4 serve as advisory members to the juvenile board.
